About the Collection

I owe it to my friends, my mother, my father, and my husband. Through their love for me, for life in general, and especially creative expression, I was reminded of how incredible the power of making is. The noise, the hustle, the rush to make, document, post, and repeat? None of that mattered when time slowed down to make room for the simple, beautiful act of making. The power I felt within myself to slow my breathing, calm my brain, and actually give myself space to align my hands and imagination was unmatched.

Slow-craft is the mission here. Cozied up in the Willowstead studio - my little Sewpothecary - I want to share that feeling. Through these little (and big) projects, I want to help you recognize and grow that power in yourself too! Getting your hands busy in a cross-stitch, or expressing your style with a second-life accessory, or collaborating on a project with me. All of it starts with you, your story, and your magic.
