Sometimes the best stories begin with a side-quest you never meant to take. Silkworm Summer is a detailed cross-stitch showpiece weaving together symbols, tiny scenes, and hidden details from one wonderfully strange season spent accidentally raising 400 silkworms. Equal parts odd, charming, and sentimental, this collage invites you to explore the story one little discovery at a time.
The full story of Silkworm Summer is included with the pattern, giving you the key to the symbols and Easter eggs woven throughout the design. Whether you were there for the adventure or are discovering it for the first time, this is a celebration of saying yes to life's unexpected detours—and honoring what they teach us when we finally reach the other side.
